The Audiocation GmbH take the protection of your data very seriously. In addition to the use of security experts and the operation of our servers in a strongly secured (german) data center, we also train our internal employees regularly in matters of IT security and data protection. When you visit our website, we store your IP address, the website from which you came to our site, the visited sub-pages on our website as well as the date and duration of your visit as part of IT operations.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc. (“Google”) to continuously improve structure and content. Handling your data at and after contract conclusion


At the conclusion of a contract, personal data of the participant (name, address and bank details or credit card data) are transmitted via a 256-bit secure SSL encryption to Audiocation GmbH. In addition, when using the online learning platform and the practice environment, both the learning progress and data related to the submission of tasks are stored. We need this information to be able to provide you with a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

If you take advantage of a promotion, a discount or a full payment of a course via an external (e.g. employment agency), we will save the necessary supporting evidence.

We give you a lifelong access to the course contents so that you can look up something at any time. In order to provide you with this access and to assist you with any queries, we will store your customer data even after your course has been completed. The management of our customer data and emails is done in a CRM system that is hosted by a third party provider. With this provider there is an agreement for the secure processing of the data in accordance with the legal regulations.

Depending on the needs and the course, we hire external instructors to assist us in correcting the submitted tasks and in technical support. This order is carried out in accordance with the strict quality standards of Audiocation GmbH.

Should isolated customers also come into arrears after a reminder, we reserve the right to pass on the required contractual and communication data for processing to an external debt collection company. The processing and storage of the aforementioned data is carried out according to the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the EU Privacy Policy regulation (EU-DSGVO) and the Teleservices (TDDSG). The data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of the companies involved in the contract processing.

The participant has the right to receive free information about the data stored on his person. The participant has the right to revoke the consent to the storage of the data at any time with effect for the future. In all cases, a short written information is sufficient for us.
